Return Policy
We Do Not Accept Returns In These Conditions;

- Parts without original packaging
- Used or installed parts

Return Process for Wrong/Damaged/Defective Products

- Investigation: Our support team will discuss criteria and guide you through the process.
- Replacement: If stock is available, a replacement will be arranged. Otherwise, we will initiate a refund and provide a shipping label via email.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely, print and then attach the provided label, and our logistics partner will collect it from your doorstep.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, it will undergo inspection. If it meets the return criteria, a return/exchange will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

- Exchange: Approved exchanges will proceed, with shipping charges borne by the customer.
- Gift Voucher: We will offer a gift voucher equivalent to the value of your return item if you don't want the product.
- Non-refundable Shipping: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

After shipping, provide us with the tracking number for email updates on your shipment.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to returns or refunds.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for replacement/change of mind/exchange for all types of non-defective products.
- Perfect Stock covers return shipping for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received in our warehouse. It may take up to two weeks for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account due to individual bank policies.
Reporting Damaged Items
Items damaged during transit are eligible for replacement if the damage is due to inappropriate packing. To claim a replacement, you must submit a request within 24 hours of receiving the item. Failure to do so may make you ineligible for a replacement.
Returning Items Without Approval
Returning any item without first obtaining return approval gives us the right to either refuse or dispose of the item at our discretion. We will not be obligated to return or refund unauthorized items. If we refuse the item, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to return the item to you.
30-Day Return Window
Once a return has been approved, you must send the item back within 30 days of delivery date. This deadline cannot be extended.
Original Packaging Requirement
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all manufacturer labels attached.
Returning Installed Items
Products showing signs of installation or use cannot be returned, as they are no longer resalable as “New/Unused.” Items are deemed installed once they have been connected to an appliance or show any visible marks of use. All returned items will be inspected for signs of installation.

All items that do not meet the criteria listed on this page are non-returnable.
Refund Policy

Refunds are available for incorrect or defective products delivered within 24 hours of the delivery date. After that time, refunds are not accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
Promotional products and gift items cannot be refunded.
Gift Vouchers
In the case of non-defective products (change of mind), we issue a gift voucher equivalent to the product's value if you decide you no longer want the product.
Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.

You are entitled to a full refund if your order or item is not delivered.
