1. What is the return policy for Perfect Stock?

Perfect Stock allows customers to return products within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original state, unused, and unwashed. Make sure the product is returned with all original tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any included freebies. 2. When can I expect to get my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed upto 7 business days and applied to the original payment method. In case of rejection we will ship (customer pays shipping charges) back the product to customer address, or there is also an option of disposing off. (It is recommended to discuss the scenario with our support team, before you send the return item to our warehouse).

3. Are there any charges for returning an item?

You won't be charged a restocking fee when you return an item. Please see below cases of return charges

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer incase of customer remorse (Replacement/Change of Mind/Exchange for Non-Defective Product)
