Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, so if you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@perfectstockshop.com or call 425-230-2298 (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM PST) with your order number.

Before your order ships

We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method — no fees, no questions asked. Cancellation is confirmed by email, and refunds are processed within 7 business days.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are fully covered by our Return & Refund Policy: return the item within 30 days of delivery with a free prepaid return label for a full refund.
