Returnable Items
To initiate a product return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
- We accept returns in both defective/customer Remorse cases.
- The product must be in its original, unwashed, and unused condition.
- All original tags, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and freebies must be included with the returned product.
- The item should be returned in its undamaged, original packaging box.
Return Charges
- No Restocking Fee.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable incase of Customer Remorse (Exchange/Replacement)
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer incase of customer remorse (Exchange/Replacement)
- Return Shipping Charges will be paid by Perfect Stock incase of damage/wrong/defective product delivered by Perfect Stock.
Refund
- Refund will only be accepted incase of wrong or faulty product delivered
- Gift Items and promotional items are not refundable.
- In specific cases where customer does not want the item/product, we can offer a gift voucher equivalent to the product's value.
- Refund processing time 10 Business days after receiving and inspection of the return item.
Undelivered Orders
- If an order or item is undelivered, customer will be entitled a full refund.
Return Process
Returns are accepted in both cases wrong/faulty products delivered or for customer remorse. Customer can process automatic returns here
For Wrong or Damaged/Defective Products Delivered:
This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
- If a wrong or damaged/defective product is delivered from Perfect Stock to customer. Customer should reach us via live chat or email at: support@perfectstockshop.com
- Our customer support agent will investigate your case and guide you with whole process.
- Incase wrong or damaged/defective product is delivered. Support agent will check the stock and book a replacement with correct product.
- Incase product is not in stock, Support agent will book a return and email you the shipping label to be printed on the box.
- You will pack the item as it was received and paste the label shared you via email.
- Logistic partner company will come and pickup the item from your doorstep.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect the item. If product passes the criteria of return we will issue you a refund.
- Refund processing time is 10 Business days and will be processed in the original payment method used for placing an order.
For Customer Remorse (Replacement/Exchange/Non Defective Product):
This applies when customer ordered a wrong product, or it does not fit, or not want the item. i.e. customer wants to replace or exchange the non defective item.

- Our support agent will collect the information and guide you with the process.
- Incase product meets the criteria of replacement/exchange, Customer will send us the product at our mailing address provided below through any courier service.
- After sending the product, customer will share the tracking number with our agent through email
- After receiving the return we will inspect the item thoroughly and update you about the decision.
- If the exchange is approved we will ship the item to customer and shipping charges will be paid by customer.
- In specific cases where customer does not want the item/product, we can offer a gift voucher equivalent to the product's value.
- Shipping Charges are non refundable.
Note: Customer can return our products at our return address by Mail only.
